My work is grounded in lived experience as a neurodivergent person, is practical, collaborative, and grounded in the understanding that many challenges we encounter are shaped by inaccessible systems and environments.

  • Interview preparation
  • Workplace communication and self-advocacy
  • Accommodation conversations and requests

I work collaboratively to support the executive functioning of people to develop systems and support strategies grounded in current academic literature, community experience, and lived experience. No ADHD diagnosis is required, many individuals may find this support helpful during transitionary periods in life. I support:

  • Task initiation and follow-through
  • Time awareness and scheduling
  • Organizing work, school, or home responsibilities
  • Navigating transitions, competing demands, and burnout

Insurance Coverage and Reimbursement

Executive functioning coaching is reimbursable for eligible students through the Canada Student Grant for Services and Equipment – Students with Disabilities (CSG-DSE).

While I am not a member of a registered profession, some clients have had success reaching out to their health benefits provider to recieve coverage of their session fees. Additionally, clients have utilized employer health and wellness funding to recieve reimbursement.
