About Me

I am a PhD student in Community Psychology at Wilfrid Laurier University and a neurodiversity-affirming employment and executive-functioning coach based in Ontario, Canada.

My work focuses on autism, disability, 2SLGBTQ+ health, employment, accessibility, and community-led systems change. I work with communities, researchers, organizations, and individuals to support more equitable access to healthcare, employment, education, and community life.

My approach is informed by community psychology, disability justice, participatory research, queer and feminist scholarship, and a commitment to accessibility, self-determination, and lived and living expertise.
